Ordered 2 12" subs & sat outside to eat. Very disappointed as they weren't cut through at all, what a battle to eat them. Staff should know that they should be cut in half to make it manageable.
It's 6:25, I was denied service saying they where closed. Time to close is 7 pm.
The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, doing just the bare minimum.
Interactions felt dry and forced, with no effort to provide good service. It's clear there's a lack of energy and care in the work being done.
